Disclaimer

Dalal Street is an information service, not an advisory service.

Grey market premium (GMP), kostak and subject-to-sauda figures are unofficial, unregulated market chatter. They are indicative at best, unverifiable by design, and can change or vanish without notice. They are not an indicator of listing price or allotment.

Nothing in this app is a recommendation to subscribe to, apply for, buy, sell or avoid any security. Dalal Street and its makers are not SEBI-registered investment advisers or research analysts.

Issue details are compiled from public documents and can contain errors or lag official updates. Always verify dates, price bands and subscription figures with the exchanges (NSE, BSE), the registrar, and the offer documents before acting.

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing.
